R. G. Hardie & Co. Masters Solo Piping Competition

August 10th

Pipe Major of Simon Fraser University Pipe Band, Alan Bevan, retained the R. G. Hardie & Co. Masters Solo Piping Competition on Monday, August 11 at Piping Live! 2025, winning the piobaireachd event. The win gives Alan a place in the Glenfiddich Piping Championship in October of this year.

Bruce Gandy was the winner of the MSR, and was the second recipient of the Willie Beveridge Memorial Trophy for the MSR event. The full results were:
