The Piping Live festival takes its music to people across Glasgow, and an important part of this is showing Scottish culture and music to the general public and summer tourists in the heart of the city. Once again the Festival will place bands in the busy, bustling surroundings of Buchanan Street, including in front of the iconic backdrop of the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and under the gaze the inaugural First Minister of Scotland, Donald Dewar.
