Solo piping results from the Chatsworth Country Fair

Chatsworth Country Fair in Derbyshire attracted an entry of 16 pipers yesterday, September 3, with a total prize fund of over £3500.  Warm weather with bright sunshine all day provided excellent conditions and a high standard was evident in all events.

The overall champion, Callum Beaumont, received a further prize of £100. The events are administered on behalf of Chatsworth Country Fair by the RSPBA (London & South of England Branch) who have awarded the trophy Callum is holding to mark forty solo piping events at Chatsworth since their inception in 1981.
