Arran King wins the Archie Kenneth Quaich 2024

The Archie Kenneth Quaich 2024 was held in the rooms of the Royal Scottish Pipers’ Society on Saturday February 24, and the winner was Arran King. A large entry of 38 was reduced to 25 by ballot, and 21 played on the day.

The judges were Ronald McShannon and Finlay Johnston. Alan Forbes, Chairman of the Piobaireachd Society’s Music Committee, presented the prizes. The competition is promoted by the Piobaireachd Society. The full result was:
