Helensburgh Solo Piping Competition took place on Sunday, July 14 at Victoria Halls, Helensburgh. The judges were Barry Donaldson, Peter Hunt, Roddy Livingstone and Willie Morrison.

The competition was sponsored by James Auld, Funeral Directors, Helensburgh; Campbells Air Conditioning; Robert MacIntyre and Dave Kinsman Rosneath, and HCCPB. Stewards were Skye Campbell Birnie, Alasdair Huxtable, Evelyn Snith and Roddy Gardner.
