The Pipers’ and Pipe Band Society of Ontario invite the piping family to join them online for Bill Livingstone’s Celebration of Life. The ceremony will be live-streamed on YouTube on Sunday, March 23, 2025, 1:00 PM (EDT) from The Old Mill, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The 78th Fraser Highlanders Pipe Band will commence proceedings with a performance of Journey to Skye. Some of Bill’s students and friends will offers tunes, songs and words to round out the gathering including Austin Diepenhorst, Bruce Gandy, Michael Grey, Andrew Hayes, Michael Hunter, Ian K MacDonald, James MacHattie, Glenna Mackay-Johnstone, Sean McKeown, Alistair Murray, Brian Pollock, Bobby Watt and Bob Worrall.
