On Tuesday 11th August the Grade 2 CLASP events were held at the National Piping Centre, Otago Street. Judges were Wilson Brown (light music) and Roddy Livingstone (Piobaireachd).
The Grade 2 Overall winner was Christopher Couperthwaite.
