Solo piping results from Glen Urquhart Gathering and Games 2026

Great weather and a good turnout of 3 seniors and 13 junior pipers played at this year’s Glen Urquhart Gathering and Games at Blairbeg Park, Drumnadrochit on August 22, 2026.

The Senior Overall winner was Calum Dunbar and 18 years & under Overall winner was Charlie Mack. DJ MacIntyre judged the seniors and Iain MacFadyen judged the juniors with Archie Drennan.  

Next year’s date of August 28th, 2027, will attract more seniors as it will be the Saturday between the Argyllshire Gathering and the Northern meeting. 

We were very grateful for the generous sponsorship from the Loch Ness Inn, Drumnadrochit and from Central Alliance in Wakefield.
