The BPCR Adult and Juvenile Open solo competitions will be in the Victoria Halls, Helensburgh on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The closing date for entries is June 30, 2026.

Adult competitions – from 9.30am
- 1: OPEN ADULT PIOBAIREACHD – submit 3 tunes — (Prizes 1st to 4th – the James Auld Trophy and cash prizes)
- 2 & 3: OPEN ADULT MARCH & S/R – submit 3 tunes for March & 3 tunes for S/R (Prizes 1st to 4th with trophies for both competitions and cash prizes) Â
ENTRY FEES – £5 per adult competition (£5 – March; £5 – S/R; £5 – Piobaireachd)
LUNCH BREAK – 12-1pm
Juvenile competitions – after 1pmÂ
- Open Chanter 12 yrs and under – Prizes 1st to 3rd plus trophy.
- Confined to HCCPB chanter 12yrs & under – Prizes 1st to 3rd + trophy
- Open Juvenile M/SR – 17 yrs & under; 2 competitions – 1st to 3rd + trophy
- Confined to HCCPB – March only – 17 yrs & under – 1st to 3rd + trophy
ENTRY FEES – £3 per juvenile competition; £2 – chanter competitions.
