A Piping and Drumming Forum and Workshop is planned this month for instructors working in schools in Scotland. This will be the third such workshop in as many years.
The workshop, which takes place at The National Piping Centre’s (NPC) Glasgow city centre headquarters in McPhater Street on September 30, aims to help develop the skills that would benefit instructors.
Organisers, the NPC and the Scottish Schools Piping and Drumming Trust, say the event will also provide a “platform for instructors and people interested in schools pipe band development to meet and collaborate on many different piping and drumming related topics”.
The workshop is free for those instructors who are not employed by a local authority or an independent/private school; otherwise £60. Reserve a place by clicking HERE.
