PHOTO OF THE WEEK: Dumfries & Galloway Constabulary Pipe Band are led by Pipe Major Callum Watson into the Grade 2 arena at The Worlds in 2009. The band placed fourth at the Worlds that year, and they had a good season placing third at the Scottish, fourth at the British, and second place at both the Europeans and Cowal.
