If you live in Ottawa and can’t be in Glasgow for Piping Live! this year, then you can still soak up some Piping Live! atmosphere in your home city. The PPBSO Ottawa Branch will be streaming three events at Vimy’s Brewing, Ottawa, as part of Piping Live! and the official Ottawa Fanzone.
You can see the following events at Vimy’s Brewing:
- 7.00pm EST, Thursday 11th August – The PM Alasdair Gillies Memorial Recital Challenge
- 9.30am EST, Sunday 14th August – The Gordon Duncan Memorial Recital Challenge, featuring Ottawa-resident Andrea Boyd who is taking part
- 2.30pm EST, Sunday 14th August – The Piping Live! Closing concert featuring Fred Morrison Trio and Paddy Keenan
