The Scottish Pipers’ Association Juvenile Competition took place today, March 18, in The National Piping Centre Otago Street. There was a large entry across U13, U15 and U18 age groups which was published here. The overall winner of U13 was Rory Menzies, U15 Fraser Hamilton and U18 was Arran Green.
