Ahead of this Sunday’s ‘March for Men’ event in Glasgow, Wilson Brown (pictured right) is auctioning off a tune he composed for the fundraising event. As we reported last Wednesday, Wilson is undertaking a walk on Sunday to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK.
The event takes place at Pollok Park on the south side of the city and the National Piping Centre instructor intends to play his pipes along the route.
The tune Wilson is auctioning off to raise additional funds for the charity is a 6/8 march. It is the first time the Gold Medallist has attempted to compose a pipe tune. It has a working title of March for Men.
