Tickets for this year’s Glenfiddich are now on sale online.
A major event in the solo piping calendar, details of the qualifying pipers will be released once the pipers have accepted the invitation.
The Glenfiddich, supported by The William Grant Foundation, has been held in the ballroom of Blair Castle in Perthshire, Scotland since its inception in the early 1970s. Qualifying competitions include the Masters Invitational (held during Piping Live!), the Clasp at the Northern Meeting, the Bratach Gorm, the Senior Piobaireachd at the Argyllshire Gathering and the Silver Star Former Winners MSR at the Argyllshire Gathering.
The 2018 winner was Finlay Johnston.
The date for this year’s competition is Saturday, October 26.
