The Scottish Piping Society of London has announce details for next month’s London Competition held in The Caledonian Club near Hyde Park Corner in Belgravia.

The competition takes place on November 5-6 and will mark the 81st annual competition.

Tickets for Saturday’s competitions – including Premier, A and B grade, and juvenile competitions – are available online and for purchase at the door on the day of the competition, but tickets for the Bratach must be purchased in advance using the SPSL’s online booking form.

The competitors competing in Am Bràtach Gorm (The Blue Banner) are:

The ‘Bratach’ will commence at 6.00pm in the Morrison Room, with drinks available in the library until 11.00pm Competitors and spectators should be aware of a strict dress code at The Caledonian Club. The wearing of highland dress is necessary.

The Caledonian Club is a plush private members club founded in 1891 by the Marquis of Tullibardine as the representative national club and headquarters for Scots in London.
