The World Solo Amateur Piping Competition at Piping Live! marks the start of the new CLASP season and the festival is when the previous years’ winners get presented with their clasps in the Piping Live! Street Cafe.
Yesterday, August 11, Daniel Johnstone and Ben Hall were on hand to receive the Grade 1 and Grade 2 clasps for winning their 2021/22 leagues.
The overall winner of the CLASP Grade 3 league for 2021/22 was Robert Cunningham.
The overall winner of the CLASP Grade 4 league for 2021/22 was Vickie Gray.
