The Carrick Lowland Gathering is taking place in Girvan, Ayrshire on Sunday, June 5, 2022. The Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway Branch of the RSPBA are accepting pipe band entries for the next four days till May 18. Entry forms are available on the RSPBA website here.
The Juvenile Solo Piping Competition is organised by Girvan Attractions and the contest starts at 12 noon. Entries close on May 30, and should be completed using the online entry form at Girvan Juvenile Solo Piping. There are three events:
• 13 years and under March only
• 15 years and under March, Strathspey and reel
• 18 years and under March, Strathspey and reel
